Community Counts: Annual Point-in-Time Estimate of People Experiencing Homelessness
Each year, Allegheny County conducts the national Point‑in‑Time count to estimate the number of people experiencing homelessness on a single night. The count records where people experiencing homelessness stayed that night—shelter, short‑term supportive housing or unsheltered locations.
