Human Services Community Profile

This tool uses data from the Data Warehouse to allow users to identify the number of participants across a selected list of programs in their community. Users can easily create a comprehensive human services snapshot and compare it with up to 5 other communities across Allegheny County in a printable profile. Client View

Client View provides information about DHS clients and their service involvement, including involvement across multiple DHS program offices. Demographic information is also available, as well as service plans, assessments and eDocuments.


Provider Connect

This tool is available to contracted DHS providers and partners to obtain more information from the county data warehouse for individuals a provider is serving. It is offered to providers by DHS in an effort to improve business operations and enable more efficient service to clients being served across our provider network.


Outcomes Tool for Analysts

The purpose of this tool is to help users determine the outcomes of various programs or services. That information can then be used to measure a program’s success. Current outcomes include: re-bookings and re-convictions in the area Criminal Justice, home removals and parent or child active in the area of Children, Youth and Families and performance and attendance rates in the area of Education.


DASH (Dashboard HUB)

The Dashboard Hub provides one convenient location for viewing automated reports and dashboards in areas such as: Basic Needs, Children and Families, Disabilities, Behavioral Health, Older Adults and Cross System Involvement.


DHS Data Exchange

This tool allows authorized users to submit data directly to DHS for automated processing.
