The Allegheny County Jail Collaborative is an alliance of government agencies and nonprofit groups dedicated to addressing the needs of people returning to the community after leaving the Allegheny County Jail. This report describes Jail Collaborative activities during the past year and progress on the Collaborative’s 2016-2019 strategic plan.
